Hey all,I am writing to share a very hard decision to close my independent site by the end of the year and move my favorite images to Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/tiddlyinks). I started Tiddly Inks in 2007 on Etsy and I have been blessed to be part of a wonderful crafting community for over 10 years. I have partnered with some lovely artists and had some incredibly talented design team members over the years. I couldn’t have done this without them or you.
At this time, however, I feel the independent site requires more cost and work than I can sustain due to my full-time job as a school administrator. I still want to be able to post random images as I have time, but not maintain a whole shop. To do this, the independent shop will be closing and prior digital orders will no longer be accessible after Dec 20 (see the below reminder about downloading and backing up images).
I will also be closing the challenge blog and changing the structure of any remaining DT members. Our final challenge is already posted for December. I invite you to still create with and share Tiddly Inks images as you have time or interest, but we won’t have a recipe or challenge on a monthly basis. Sharing will be from a place of love when you want to.
Despite closing the main site, I hope to maintain a presence on Etsy until I have more creativity or time. Etsy is how I started, so it feels like a good place to return and hang out.I will maintain my email list in case I create a new image or two to share over holiday breaks. By the end of the year, however, the www.tiddlyinks.com URL will forward to the Etsy site and the independent site will be closed.
